Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By using Geaux Parking ("we," "us," or "the Platform") to purchase a parking session, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply each time you make a purchase through Geaux Parking, whether via QR code, direct URL, or any other method we provide.
2. What You Are Purchasing
When you complete a payment through Geaux Parking, you are purchasing the right to park a single identified vehicle in the specified lot for the duration shown at checkout. Your parking session is identified by your license plate number and is valid only for the lot, plate, and time window displayed on your confirmation.
Session extensions may be available for certain lots. Extensions are purchased separately and extend the expiration time of an existing session. Extension availability and pricing are set by the lot operator.
3. No Bailment
Geaux Parking provides a digital payment platform only. No contract of bailment, deposit, or custody is created between you and Geaux Parking or between you and the lot operator through use of this Platform. You retain possession of your vehicle and keys at all times.
Geaux Parking and the lot operator are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or destruction of your vehicle or its contents, regardless of cause. Park at your own risk.
4. No Guarantee of Availability
A paid parking session grants you the right to park if space is available. Payment does not guarantee that a specific space or any space will be open at the time you arrive. Lot capacity is managed by the lot operator, not by Geaux Parking.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Parking sessions are non-refundable once purchased. By completing payment, you acknowledge that your session begins immediately and that no cooling-off period applies.
We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in the following cases:
- A verified system error caused you to be charged incorrectly.
- A lot was marked active at checkout but was physically closed or inaccessible.
- A duplicate charge occurred for the same session.

6. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Geaux Parking does not store, access, or process your credit card number. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Consumer Terms (opens in new tab).
7. Employee Whitelist
Certain lots may maintain an employee plate whitelist. If your plate is on the whitelist for the lot you are visiting, you will not be charged. Whitelist status is determined by the lot operator and may be added or removed at any time without notice.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Provide false or fraudulent license plate information.
- Attempt to manipulate, replay, or spoof payment confirmations.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of posted lot rules.
- Interfere with or attempt to compromise the security of the Platform.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel sessions, or report misuse to the appropriate authorities.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Georgia law, Geaux Parking's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific parking session at issue.
Geaux Parking is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of use, loss of vehicle value, towing costs, parking citations issued by third parties, or damages to your vehicle while parked.
10. Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless Geaux Parking, its owners, and its lot operator partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or any dispute related to lot conditions, enforcement actions, or third-party claims.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
Before initiating any formal action, you agree to contact us at support@geauxparking.com and allow 30 days for informal resolution.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
